GD: What sort of new tricks will be available?
BB: New skate tricks include rail stalls, vert wallplants, rolls, double flips, tricks to tail, one footed grind modifiers, and the best new trick... the Bert slide. The Bert slide is an old school Dogtown move that we feel is "the new manual". We've completely redesigned the walking controls, adding wall runs, wall flips, rolls, and many other Freerunning (Parkour) tricks. Last but not least we have included BMX bikes into American Wasteland. The bike mechanics utilize a never before seen type of physics system. The left analog stick controls the rider's weight and the right stick controls the bike's rotations, creating a completely unique experience.
GD: What's the biggest challenge you've faced so far in development?
BB:Working with our new streaming technology has changed the development flow in many ways. This has by far been the biggest challenge, but all major hurdles have been cleared and we're on a good path to completion. "
